All orders received before 11.00am will be dispatched the same day via tracked Royal Mail delivery.
At the checkout you have two delivery options:
Our standard delivery service will aim to get your order to you between 1 – 3 working days of your order. The most economical option for those who aren’t in a 24 hour rush for their Corset Shop treats, but will nevertheless be impressed by our swift delivery service.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will be an additional 48 hours on top of the selected delivery option.
The Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service is our UK delivery partner.
Our next day delivery option is the one for you if you just can’t wait for your Corset Shop buys.
- Orders placed on Monday to Thursday before 11.30am will be delivered the next day
- Orders placed after 11.30am on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Our delivery partner for our next day service is DPD. If you provide a contact telephone number at the checkout DPD’s Predict service will provide you with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS.
On top of keeping you informed at every stage of the journey, DPD also provide access to a suite of options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing you or your customer to take delivery of your order in a way that suits you. If you wish to reschedule you can:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pick up shop

Due to hygiene laws we do not accept returns or exchanges on Briefs, Thongs, Sets purchased with Briefs/Bottoms, Bodysuits, Shorts, Bikinis, Swimsuits or any underwear garments.

Please note that we only accept returns for an exchange or credit note only for items of which are not featured above.

Only genuine requests for returns will be considered. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt via email. All items must then be sent* to the address provided on contact within 7 days. After 7 days of receiving the goods, the customer is no longer eligible for a refund, return or exchange.
All returns must be in perfect condition free from signs of being worn or used in order for returns to be eligible. Tags must still be attached and in the original packaging supplied.
We will confirm via email that we have received your items which will then be reviewed by our team and an outcome decided. We will then notify you of the outcome of your request. If approved, you will be given a credit note voucher to use via our store only.
You are solely responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return items. For security reasons we recommend all returns are posted signed for or tracked. We accept no responsibility for returning items during the shipping process.
Refunds can only be granted If we deem the product to be faulty. If you believe your product to be faulty please contact us via email as soon as possible. All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of reviewed outcome.
