Delivery & Shipping – Fast, Tracked & Discreet
At The Corset Shop, we understand the importance of fast, discreet delivery for your lingerie orders. That’s why all orders received before 11:00am (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day via tracked Royal Mail delivery.
UK Lingerie Delivery Options
1. Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48
Our most economical option, perfect if you’re happy to wait 1–3 working days. Reliable, fully tracked, and still impressively quick.
2. Next Day Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24
Can’t wait? Choose next-day shipping.
Order before 11:30am Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery
Orders placed after 11:30am on Friday or over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take up to 48 hours longer.
International Lingerie Shipping – via FedEx
We ship internationally using FedEx, offering a fast and fully tracked service for your peace of mind.

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of The Corset Shop or the contents inside — so you can shop with complete confidence.
We also use recycled and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible to reduce our environmental impact, so your order is both discreet and planet-friendly.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase from The Corset Shop. However, due to hygiene regulations, certain lingerie and intimate items are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
In line with UK hygiene laws and for the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Briefs, thongs, bodysuits, and underwear sets containing bottoms
- Shorts, bikinis, swimsuits, or any intimate garments once unboxed or removed from original packaging
- Hosiery (e.g. stockings, tights) that has been opened or tried on
- Beauty Night all-in-one sets and any bodystockings that have been worn or tried on

Return Eligibility & Process
Returns are only accepted for eligible items in accordance with the following policy:
- You must email us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return
- Once your request is approved, items must be returned within 14 days to the address we provide
- Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags attached and in undamaged packaging
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds & Credit Notes
After inspection by our team, you’ll be notified via email of the outcome.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive either:
- A store credit voucher to use on future orders, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service.
The Corset Shop is not liable for any items lost during the return shipping process.
